there are lots of tools for  this on the market.  What you  use should be
driven  by  needs.

What I suspect you are looking for is some sort of detailed Impact Analysis
 at the  program  & application levels..... with or without auto
conversion.  What is not  clear is the method(s)  you might  with to employ
and the related liabilities of  each for your client(s).

Since things are a touchy  on  product  suggestions -  you can contact me
