  • Subject: Client Access for Windows95

Hello everybody,

I'm having a problem connecting a user's PC to the /400 via Client
Access. We're using Client Access version 5763-XD1 V3R1M2. The base
connection works just fine; however, I can't go any further than the
base connection. Whenever I try to start a 5250 session or any other
option in Client Access, I receive an error message which reads as
follows.

CWBLM0006 - The AS/400 license system (system name) is not
available.

Here is the catch. If I use my user name and password, everything works
perfect. It's when I use the user's name and password that I get the
error. I think this might be the result of a security setting that
isn't setup properly. However, I've checked everything that I can think
of. We just went to level 30 last week. I would appreciate any and all
suggestions.

Thank you!
