Thanks Al.  I do appreciate you sharing all your experience and knowledge
with us.

My current plan is:
                RCLSTG
                SETDSKCLN
                Apply LIC Space expansion PTFS
                V3R2 Conversion

Is this the correct order? 


I've followed all the V3R2 upgrade discussions and realize I've lots of
little details, these were just the major time consuming tasks.  And of
course I'll have full backups prior to each of these steps.  Just wanted to
make sure I didn't run something out of order or miss a major, time
consuming task.
