You should have no problems. A S36E RPG/II program can call any HLL
program. You don't have to recompile the RPG/III program or do anything
special to make it run under a S36E program. The RPG/III program will
run in its own environment (S/38 or native) and the calling program will
still be in S36E when it gets back control.
