Permitting the public access to QRPLOBJ is a security exposure you do not
need on your system.  Instead, create your own library, e.g. QUSERGPL,
QUSERTEMP, or some such other name, and have your startup program clear the
library.  You could also have operational assistant CLEANUP clear it as well.
