There is a converter for RFT (Office) documents.  We're running Word 6,   
and it comes with Word.  All you have to do is install it.

Check out the Microsoft support page for Word. I bet there's a filter to
handle DCA-RFT documents. If there is, you can put them in a shared   
folder
so PC folks can see them and OV/400 users can use 'em too.
