  • Subject: QSYSOPR Messages

We upgraded from V3R1 to V3R2 last month. On R1 the
programmer on call could respond to QSYSOPR messages
from any terminal in the hospital and when calling in from
home. This worked great for this situation.

However, when we upgraded he/she is unable to respond to
those messages like on the previous release. I have tried
changing the assistance level and a host of other things.
Nothing has worked.

Does anyone known what can be done to change this back?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance
Rich
