RCLSPLSTG does not effect QDOC.  It only effects QSPL.

To minimize the size of QDOC, run RGZDLO and specify 30 days.  All DLO's
which have not been accessed in the last 30 days will be compressed.  If
anyone accesses them in compressed format, they will be decompressed
automatically, though it takes a little time.
