Here is yet another story of  what is  *going to happen*.  But still not
many stories of *all ready did it*.   Are these changes actually
happening?  Or do they start out gang-busters and and then fall flat?  In
my admittedly small circle I have seen NT installations and heard lots of
plans, but I haven't yet seen anyone actually unplug their AS/400 yet  - 
there is always "one or two more things to straighten out, then we will."
