Point of Order

Look, I know that many of you are new to Net comunications, and I like this
discussion, but I have limited time & resources.

If you want to simply thank someone or briefly notify them that you will
try their suggestion, or anything else which is of PERSONAL interest rather
than GENERAL interest, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, send that person a personal
reply rather than replying to the discussion at large!

This is (apparently) an unmonitored discussion, which means we need to
monitor ourselves.

Be kind to your community, don't send us garbage! 

Quote only that portion of a message needed to i.d. the original message,
(i.e. at LEAST don't copy the Midrange-Computing disclaimer, as the mailer
will append yet another copy.

The Net is in a traffic jam, please don't add to the problem.  Think before
you SEND.
