You might want to check out Power Term from UniPress Software --
1-800-222-0550 It doesn't say it specifically does 5250 on their web page
but it does.  It looks like it's packed with nice features.  You can try
it out at http://www.unipress.com/  Their description is: Incredible
Windows Terminal emulator. Supports many terminal types, scripting
language, and much more! Great for UNIX, VMS and IBM Mainframe/Midrange
users.
