I think that NetManage Chameleon HostLink is the best.

It has versions for Windows 3.x, Win95 and WinNT.

Gee Carl, I've used both CA400 and PC400, and they're so similar you can
barely tell them apart. Thats the 16 bit version though. They issue
belts AND suspenders where I work.
