I was confused by this thread because I thought that maybe these folks were
working within a limitation of CA.  The fact is you can create specific
device names for telnet devices, as long as you know what device types
you're emulating (5291, 3197, etc). An easy way to do this is to let
autoconfig create the first device and then clone that one several times
using your sites nameing convention.  

The good news is you only need as many devices as you think will be signed
on concurrently, the bad news is that unless your using Anynet you cannot
control which user will receieve which device for anyone session.

Yeah, just copy 29 more devices from the first one and leave QAUTOVRT off.
If your using straight telnet, the virtual devices you create are not
specific to any one PC or IP address, they are assigned dynamically on a
first come first serve basis.
