Port 0 maps to addresses 0 thru 6, devices set to address 0 thru 6
Port 1 maps to addresses 7 thru D, devices still set to 0 thru 6
Port 2 maps to addresses E thru 14
Etc.

Example:  Terminal set to address 0, plugged into port 2 address 0, the
device description on the 400 will have address E.
