SDA Menus -Reply

We use more than 20 menu options on a single menu (v. 3.1.0) by just
moving the option numbers around and adding those that we want -- up
to 99.  We have put an item on the menu to call the next menu -- so
instead of a scroll key, a menu option takes them to the subsequent
"pages".
