Could it be that when the disk information was collected (Go
DISKTASKS)
your system was at %80 and now when you WRKSYSSTS it is at %39?

Does the spooled filecreated from the PRTDSKINF show a collected date
at the beginning?

You can run the Go Disktasks and start a new, more current
collection.
