The program being loaded is ABC12 and the library it is in is given by the
63rd parameter passed to the OCL.  If there was no 63 parameter, the current
library is assumed.
The file referred to in the program as WSPQRXYZ is in fact called 'value of
the 64th parameter'+W.KLK.  If there was no 64th parameter, the file is just
W.KJK.  
It is quite probable that this OCL is not being called with 64 parameters, so
look for statements like ?63'xxxx'? or ?63T'xxxx'? or ?63F'xxxx' else where
in the code.  These statements set the value of the 63rd parameter.
