Not sure if this is the forum to ask this question but here goes:

Am getting two windows that appear. These windows say it is a
non-fatal error but within 10 minutes my PC hangs up. Have multiple
windows open (Mail, Microsoft Office, Word, AS/400).
Does anyone have a solution? Am on Windows 95.

1. Quincy Non-fatal Error
    =================
     Cannot open Quincy Log file. Press OK to
     Browse for new directory Windows Error
     Code = The file exists

Press okay then get the following:

2. Quincy for Win32
    ==============
An application error has occured and a NOTES.RIP file
is being generated in:
          unknown
Asks me to press OK. Once pressed I am asked to
specify directory to put this NOTES.RIP file. Now I cannot
get rid of the window.
