I don't know what lic. pgms you have, but according to the pricer I have
date 02/11/97 the upgrade price for that group is 100 base + 80 per user
that just for the operating system... to get to 9000 you would have to 
have ALL lic pgms IBM currently sells on the E04(not very likely)
 In the p10 grp which the e04 falls in, the max # of users charged for
is 30 so the charge for OS/400 would be 100 + (6 x 80) = 558 for 7 users.

What other products do you have ???????
