Scheduler to run every 10 minutes.  Any unanswered message on the QSYSOPR

message that needs to be answered.  The same job also monitors for   
severity
99 messages.  The down side of this is, once it starts paging you the   
system
pages you every 10 minutes until someone does something.

Another program (or part of this one, it's been a while) deletes messages
out of QSYSOPR that we have indicated that we do not care about.  We have   
a
file that we input the message id of all messages that we do not want to
