     Due to the influx of CD-ROM requests, we are unable to provide 
     complimentary CD-ROM's to COMMON members who did not register or 
     attend the Boston Conference.  
     
     I was doing you a favor by granting you your request for a CD-ROM, 
     however, after your mass email to other COMMON members who did not 
     register for Boston, I cannot keep up with the requests, nor is 
     production of extra CDs budgeted for.  I apologize for the 
     inconvenience.
     
     We are reviewing the expense to produce the extra CD-ROMs and will 
     notify you of the cost at a later date.
     
     I will notify the other requestors, however, if you have sent the 
     information to many others, you may want to communicate that there 
     will be a charge to be decided at a later date.
