 Check with your local Tech School Automotive Instructors.  A recent
 discussion with an instructor outside of Atlanta (Marietta, to be exact)
 centered on just that.  He stated " we have been getting notifications about
 modifications and some aren't sure if their vechicles are even going to
 start".  I have not seen any written documentation myself, but these
 instructors are good and I trust them.
