As a general purpose flowcharting tool, I use Viseo. That will not
flowchart code for you though. Hawkeye (AS/400 software - Pathfinder) will
generate flowcharts. It is quite bulky though. All "pictures" are generated
using standard characters and it is not a graphical picture. I know this
product does RPG source, I assume it would do Cobol as well.
