We have just been granted budget approval to add one additional RPG ILE
Developer to our team in the Los Angeles headquarters. We have a number
of high-impact projects on the slate and need someone who can hit the
floor running to help us deliver.
We are a small shop, but we still try to stay very current in our skills
and tool sets. Our i is at V6R1, all new development is in RPG /free and
ILE. We use WDSC, RPG XTools, HTTPAPI and JDBC (from Scott Klement), and
other tools on a regular basis.
For an idea of some of the projects: Street-level Address Validation from
UPS using XML and HTTPAPI, warehouse pick automation, custom interfaces
between ERP package and new point of sale SQL Server database using JDBC,
and many others.
