Since I have a couple of personal domains and my job (and everyone elses
here) is being phased out, do to a company merger, mine by May 9th. I've
been kicking around several different approaches to getting the word out.
I do have my resume on Monster and a couple of other job-sites, but just
wanting to maximize my efforts.
I'm wondering if anyone has done their own on-line resume?
If so was it effective?
Any problems (spam, etc) that you might have had because of it?
How much info would you post?
Think it would be worth the effort (although since I have a domain and
enjoy doing web-stuff it really wouldn't be much of an effort).
Just curious what thoughts anyone would have on this subject and anyone
would think it would make a difference.
