Job 1 - lasted 2 1/2 years...company relocated to South Dakota and didn't offer
anybody a transfer.
Job 2 - 10 months and I left for job 3
Job 3 - was misled about this job (wouldn't have taken it otherwise) and was
laid off after 3 months
Job 4 - contract programmer for 4 years, realized S36 was going away and took
Job 5 - software house that went bankrupt after 2 years
Job 6 - lasted two years before I was laid off
Job 7 - lasted almost 3 years before I changed job to stupidly go back to the
bankrupt software house
Job 8 - was promised that things had changed...they hadn't, left after 6 months
Job 9 - worked 2 years, laid off (see a definite theme here)
Job 10 - lasted almost 6 years but they changed software platforms and laid me
off
Job 11 - worked for a consulting company - 15 months
Job 12 - 6 month contract to perm job that ended up being a 3 month contract
Job 1 - new career outside of IT arena. Hopefully this one will last longer!
