Bill,

with 17 years, any prospective employer is going to figure you've got
the exprience. after the bullet points of skills,  pick out 5 or so
big (and diverse) projects you've done in the last few years and
explain what they were, what technologies were used and especially
what benefit the projects contributed to the bottom line of your
company.

These might be better off on a separate sheet - be prepared to back up
all claims in the interview.
