Programmer positions in South East Arkansas

I am looking for two programmers to add to my staff. The requirements listed

Requirements:
* Bachelors degree-Required; Preferably Computer Science, CIS, or MIS.

* Broad Programming Experience:
o RGP/ILE-Required; but does not need to be a hotshot
o CL-Required 
o DB2/SQL-Required. Strong knowledge and experience related to relational 
database systems and connectivity to databases.
o Web (ASP, .NET, Java, etc.)-Required; Demonstrated ability to develop 
web-enabled applications.  Public-facing applications desired.
o Visual Basic, C#, or Visual C++ strongly desired.

* AS/400 System Support
o Extensive Robot scheduler/replay experience-Required.
o AS/400 hardware experience required. Certification preferred.
o Backup operations and procedures
o PTFs and OS upgrades

* Takes ownership and initiative to solve problems.

* Able to perform business process analysis and understand business logic 
requirements.
* Aggressive and self motivated.  Must be able to work with little supervision, 
and willing to work long hours when needed.  Detail oriented
* Ability to work on-call

Desired Skills:
* ILE
* C/C++
* Java/J2EE
* SQL Server
* Crystal Reports or other reporting tools
* HBOC Series 2000 exposure
* Access/VBA
* Jacada or Websphere 
* Healthcare experience

Job duties..... 3 primary areas of responsibilities:

1. Security Analysis   
* Security remediation and analysis
* AS400 user profiles
* Security code maintenance for new hires, terminates, job class changes
* Payroll Security
* Time and Attendance Security
* Surgery System Security
* Radiology System Security
* Lab System Security will be added
* Clinic System Security
* Medical Records Imaging System Security

2. Programming
* Responsible for application development on the AS/400 and web-enabled 
applications.
* Process/business analysis
* Reporting, but little will be required for the job
* Knowledge of interfacing/integrating systems

3. AS/400 Hardware Maintenance 
* Responsible for automation of operations and monitoring automated and manual 
operations for completeness and accurateness.
* Responsible for validation of backups and for tape library
* Responsible for documentation on operations and training of system 
technicians for operational duties.
* Robot Schedule, Reports, Console & Alert
* IBM PTF's etc..... and some configuration work on AS400
* OS/400 Upgrades and migrations

4. Programming Help Desk 
* first point on problem calls and if can not resolve then will forward on to 
one of the other programmers.
