Since this happened in a MI program it's allowed. That wasn't very clear in
the start, unless I missed something...which does happen.

It would be very helpful if you could provide more source to look at as I
think the comments that we're kind of running blind without knowing what
we're looking for are also valid.

Can you post the source that's causing the issue? Or better details?
