You can get the "standard" settings by simply displaying the header
on an e-mail you've received. 

Some of it you can simply hard code (X-Mailer: MyMailer 1.0, X-Accept-Language: 
en,
MIME-Version: 1.0, Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii, 
Content-Trasfer-Encoding: 
7bit, etc...)  The rest you can get from the user (To:, Subject:), and some from
the user settings (From:, Organization:) and some from the system (Date:).
