American Viking Enterprises of Florida

It appears that American Viking Enterprises has gone out of business as they are on inactive status on the Florida registry. Does anyone know if they sold their assess (software solutions) to another party? We have their GL FSU AVEM65 package and are currently upgrading to Infor XA 9.1. We like this package and would continue using it.
