Sounds like you need to load the product definitions for the Release you have.  We moved to a hosted data center and unless you do a full system restore, those definitions will not be there.  Inquire the Infor Extreme support site as they have plenty of good material which should help.  Then it's just a matter of applying your new system license keys you transfer over to.  As Wayne indicates, if all else fails contact Infor directly.  Good Luck!

Rob,
There are actually 3 different MAPICS license keys based on your license type:
5R33M7X
5C33M7x
5I33M7X

One is for a registered user license, one is for concurrent users (I believe) and I can't remember the third one.
If you check for each of these you may find out more information.
If you have a user enter MAPICS and check the system operator message queue, you will see if you are missing the license keys as MAPICS will send a message to the queue.
If all else fails, you could call the INFOR folks and have them check out their records using the system serial number.

I tried that and it came back with no information. Mapics is definitely installed but I'm wondering if it was done properly!

However using the WRKICINF command doesn't bring up any Mapics info - just the usual IBM OS data.
