You have to enable shop activity history. Then relevant TRDATA records will get written out to the MOTRAN file and updated with apportioned labor time after the select & edit and process transactions.

If in a PDM environment, enable through the PCC control file
In an EPDM environment it setting in the site master file

I have used this file a lot, so if you have any questions let me know.
