It depends on the definition. In the fullest meaning (I log into my network once and I have secure access to all my apps) no; however R9 does move a step closer with a single login for IDF (level 1 and 2).

There is also an announced commitment from INFOR that single sign on will be support through the strategic partnerships with microsoft and IBM. I know it is getting very close as they are well down the path in development
