Weston,
Thanks for the reply. We also have problems with both the de-book record and then the new booking net sales amt. Keep me posted on the results after your PCM apply. I'll be rooting for you!

Vic
We too have MTHACTE problems of a similar nature. And we are running
R7.8 PTF level 10572.
Ours occurs sometimes when a sales person will look at a blanket order
in green screen.
Mapics will de-book the wrong amount on a line item.
Sales has a bad habit of looking at the order in maintenance mode.
And don't even get me started as to why they still want to use green for

Order entry and maintenance.
I have a incident into support, and have sent journals to support.
They yet to be able to get a handle on the problem and now they want me
to send in my libraries on tape.

Hoping the latest PCM (11078) will take care of the problem.
Planning on get that applied this weekend.

Weston

We use the (COM add-on) MTHACTE file as the basis for a lot of bookings
reports. We have intermittent problems where the net sales amount fields
will not be correct. We can't produce the problem consistently for Infor
support, but when it happens its usually for customer blanket orders
that are processed thru the COM offline load. Since we upgraded to R7.8
in June Infor tech support has issued a couple of PTFs for us that
eliminated most of the problems but not entirely. Does anyone else have
a similar problem?
Thanks,
Vic
