We have been using XA payroll for a long time and have some
modifications that may be similar to what you want. Call me at

I am building an application for our company to interface with XA's
payroll functionality. I need to be able to manage accruals (vacation,
sick, etc.), salaries, etc. outside of XA and have the balances/current
data synchronize with XA. Has anyone done a project like this who can
offer some words of wisdom? I did a quick search of the archives and
didn't seem to get much info based on searching payroll, and some of the
related file names.
