In the past there may be special "enhancement" PTFs that are excluded from a PCM. But as a general rule, all PTFs should be in a PCM. Sometimes there could also be a prerequiste PTF for the programs that apply the PCM that need to be in place before applying the PCM.

Robert--- Perhaps my memory is playing tricks on me but I swear I have
applied PCMs that have pre-requisites PTFs predating the PCM build date.
Perhaps I am wrong though.

PCMs are all inclusive of PTFs at the time of the PCM build.

Which begs the question I have asked before: Why can't PCMs just be all
inclusive?

Someone at Infor has to have a good answer...

Depends of the PTF's you will need to apply.

We have a brand new R7.8 environment with a go live schedule early next
year. So far we have had to apply 30-40 PTF's which is not too bad for
a
brand new environment / customer. (Not an upgrade!)

The issue is that for each PTF we have multiple prerequisites.

Biggest areas of PTF's we have had are CSM and the Procurement
Management
interface to SupplyWEB.

Well, I was planning on doing a 7.8 upgrade (test) in December - sounds
like
I may need to expand my time estimate considerably!
