6 "p"s.... you should have traces for any printouts by machine, by password, MO, PO, COM, quote, Invoice, packing slip, bill of lading, customer lists, vendor lists, etc....check every day....
have had experiences...only listing a few.....
Why would a customer service rep need a full printout of the customer base,
why would a planner/buyer need a full printout of all vendors
why would anyone need a full pricing/discount list for all customers
why would anyone need a copy of all open receivables....or payables
I always had activity management reports every morning on key items....quick to scan for problems...tailored to the manager.
Usually prior to an individual departing a company or has a fear of dismissal...the printouts occur....if you have no safeguards....then the defense for the employee is,....." we always had hard copies in case the system went down"
