Hi Tom,

We are using the MTHACTE to generate all booking reports, no problems
found. (we use COM only not CSM)

Just one suggestion: if you are using multiple sales rep (panel 050
order entry) then you will find duplicate records in the MTHACTE, so we
always select
" JQJ2NB = 1 ", in this way we get only the one record per
line/order.

[MAPICS-L] MTHACTE

In a follow up to a posting a few weeks ago, I was wondering who out there
is using the MTHACT files to track sales activity.

We are attempting to use MTHACTE to track are sales booking activity on
the date of the transaction and keep finding errors in the data.

There seems to be a lot of bugs lately with the updating of these files
through CSM maintenance activities that don't show up when you are doing
the same activity through COM.

What are other people doing to make sure the data is accurate?

Thanks for you input.
