Hello ML!

I've seen a few emails on the COM Offline process and some issues
assosiated with that. But we are just in the position of developing
this process for our Interco Orders from Navision Dynamics into Mapics.

Is there any documentation or instructions on what is the best approach
for uploading data? Is that done usually with Access DB?
If someone has designed that process from scratch and willing to share -
I'd be really interested to know.

Thank you and Regards,

Subject: Re: [MAPICS-L] COM Offline Load and Comments

Kevin,

Issue 1: Lines are double spacing
Issue 2: Comments don't print on invoices.

Issue 1: Is it possible that there is actually a comment line coming
through
the Offline as blanks? What system is loading the offline data files
(custom, EC, etc)?

Issue 2: I believe it is a default function that the invoice is not
supposed
to print on invoices - great huh?

You may need to use an offline post processing user exit to deal with
this
(issue 2).

Eric
