Did you contact Pete O. from Guide Technologies? He developed an excellent solution for me at my prior job - tied out exactly as required, and the output was accessible through Browser, or downloadable into Excel if required. I'm sure he probably kept a copy of the program - I paid him to develop it and he's more than welcome to share it.

Someone did send me a program that will blow through the BOM, but the
quantities don't match the MAPICS Inquiry AMEC72.
