The first controls the entering and maintaining POs. The second controls the ability to define receiving operations. You may want to check, but you are probably not using recieving operations.

Subject: [MAPICS-L] Purchase order OPERATIONS?

Anyone know the difference between ENTER / EDIT PURCHASE ORDERS and ENTER / EDIT PURCHASE ORDER OPERATIONS as they relate to security authorizations? These are tasks AM6M1004 and AM6M1005 respectively.
Thanks,
