I think you may be able to use Printer overrides to control different overlays by user. It has been along time since I have looked at that area.

Using PowerLink,

E-mailing a PO to myself was successful, as below.

Rel 7, printing POs via Host jobs and selecting Output and PDF, check
E-Mail send, fill in the Address to be sent to



BUT, does any one know how to also use an overlay with the PDF being
sent? And use a different overlay based on user or buyer. ?

E-mail was also not identified as being sent by the user sending it.



OR I'm I just dreaming again!!!
