I ran into that after we dropped AM+. I fixed it by changing the Application Installed byte in Cross Apps. I'm not where I can get into that right now, but if you look in the Knowledgebase, it should show you. If I recall correctly, there are two places that need reset. I had to do it in the Character format in SYSCTL.

I can't find any useful information in the Infor knowledge base.
Does anyone know what the ramifications of this message are?
