We are on XAR6 and do not use PSTHDR. The Std Batch Qty is in the ITEMASA
file, field SBQTY.

Thanx,

I know that I have seen the field but am having a "brain-fart". Which
file
is it in?

Eric

Eric,

Check the Standard Batch Size for the Finished item.

Many users mistake this field for Standard Lot Size.

If the Standard Batch Size is not equal to 1 then the number is
multiplying
each component.

To the list,
I have a customer that is reworking an item. The quantity required on
the
item being reworked is 1.000. However, when I look into MO History the
total quantity issued is in the thousands - when it is only one. The
components used were all either IU or IP and there is no IMHIST data to
backup the large issued quantity (in the thousands). Any ideas?

Eric
