The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

I was hoping someone would step in and give you a good answer. Unfortunately, all I can tell you is to look at the publish/subscribe feature. I haven't really used it succesfully myself. I think you'll need Enterprise Integrator to use this functionality.
