I changed our MAPICS Affiliate years ago, had to send a letter to
them..

Subject: [MAPICS-L] How to change a MAPICS affiliate?
We need to consider changing our MAPICS affiliate to another one. How is
this done? I can't get answers from ours in a timely manner. Takes
weeks of repeated call and emails for a response sometimes. To top it
off, our affiliate is also our IBM business partner. Has anyone done
this before? Our current affiliate is local, but does that even matter
nowadays?
