Eric:

I believe I have done that in the past, just mass change count 1, count by
user 1, and count date 1. I did this at R6, have not done this at R7, would
have to test it there.

Subject: [MAPICS-L] Posting zero Count in MM

To the list,
Is there a way to process a "zero count" in the Material Management
application in Browser. I am planning for the Year End and am using this
application for the first time. My plan is to enter all the items that have
been found and then, using the "uncounted" subset, use the Mass Change to
set those remaining records as counted with a zero quantity.

Will this work and, if so, which fields have to be mass changed for it to
work?

TIA...
