If you are referring to the fact the when you delete a user in the CAS User Profile maintenance, that is not the only file that does not get cleaned up. There are many files that should get deleted when you remove the user from MAPICS but do not get deleted.

Is there a way to get a list of user's navigation defaults in COM? I need
to ensure that a new user has the same defaults as another user, as
maintained with AMBM68, option 3. Is there a particular file I could
query to see what the allowable navigation panels even are?
