Hi,

We run our AMFLIB as PUBLIC *CHANGE, but all the objects inside are set
to PUBLIC *EXCLUDE, AMAPICS *ALL, and then a group profile e.g. GRP_GB01
as *USE.
The group profile is on the individual user profiles, and allows users
to access the data files from outside of MAPICS (e.g. with a 3rd party
reporting tool). We have 6 of these group profiles, one for each
environment, and can allocate access rights from outside MAPICS by
adding the group profiles to the individual user profiles.

Subject: [MAPICS-L] MAPICS file & program library authorities (SOX
issue)

Good afternoon all -

Are there any XA 5.5 or 6.0 installations running with AMFLIB and/or
AMALIB set to *Public EXCLUDE? When I spoke to Infor, they told me all
of
their libraries had *Public CHANGE?

Thanks in advance,
